The Red Meadow: Wolf and Bird RPG...
The Red Meadow
The wolf howls, alone amid the frosted trees. She lifts her muzzle to the skies and mist rises from it through the freezing air. All is silent. Not a sound echoes on the landscape. Yet there is more. She turns her slim head. Her eyes tell it all...
A crow spreads his wings and soars in a sweeping arc toward her, settling on the ground a yard away...
You have stumbled across the land of the Red Meadow, a unique and realistic wolf RPG where you do not only play a wolf, but a bird as well. For the furious instinct of a wolf combined with the all-seeing eyes of a bird make a perfect match.
You must read the rules and the list of bird species. After this, post your character's profile. As soon as it is accepted (the thread will be locked) you can enjoy the IC forums. Accounts without profiles will be deleted during activity checks. Please note that this is a realistic RPG, meaning there are no unrealistic powers, objects, markings, colors, or skills.
Members, if you'd like to help out, PLEASE get us affiliated with other sites. When you've done that PM me (Luath) the URL of the site and the link to their banner. Thanks! And enjoy your time here at the Red Meadow! It's now summer IRL so the free post count has dropped to 5. The next 3 people to be accepted will get 5 free posts each, then the flow stops.

Important Issues:
Tsinga/Jaws and I are making amends, slowly but surely. If you'd like to see why she's gone, read this.
Current:
Summer: Within the Red Meadow, spring has passed with winter and now summer is upon us. Prey is plentiful, the last of the young have been born, and the river is flowing freely. Plants are fresh and green and alive. Nights are cool, days are warm and sunny. A herd of deer have settled in the Meadow and are there for the taking. With the higher temperatures, more and more animals frequent the river and lake for drinking; if you want to hunt, there would be a nice start.
Under The Table « Result #1 on Mar 18, 2009, 12:00am »
Two couples were playing cards. Jeff accidentally dropped some cards on the floor. When he bent down under the table to pick them up, he noticed that Dave's wife, Sandy, was not wearing any underwear! Shocked by this, Jeff hit his head on the table and emerged red-faced.
Later when Jeff went to the kitchen to get some refreshments Sandy followed him and asked, "Did you see anything under the table that you liked?" Jeff admitted, "Well, yes I did." She said "you can have it, but it will cost you $100."
After a minute or two, Jeff indicates that he is interested. She tells him that since Dave works Friday afternoons and Jeff doesn't, that Jeff should come to their house around 2:00 PM on Friday.
Friday came and Jeff went to her house at 2:00 PM. After paying her the $100, they went to the bedroom, had sex for a few hours and then Jeff left.
Dave came home about 6:00 PM and asked his wife, "Did Jeff come by this afternoon?" Totally shocked, Sandy replied, "Yes, he did stop by for a few minutes." Next Dave asked, "Did Jeff give you $100?" Sandy thought, 'Oh hell, he knows!' Reluctantly she said, "Yes, he did give me $100."
"Good," Dave says. "Jeff came by the office this morning and borrowed the $100 from me and said that he'd stop by our house on his way home and pay me back. It's so good to have a friend you can trust."

It was her very first football game, and she promised to be there with several of her friends. wow power leveling,The game finally ended, and she was waiting outside the locker room to drive Ron home.

His mother replied, "Ron, you were magnificent.wow power leveling, You have such presence, and I was proud of the pride you took in the way you looked. You pulled up your knee socks eleven times during the game, and I could tell you were perspiring in all those bulky pads because you got eight drinks and splashed water on your face twice. I really like how you went out of you way to pat number nineteen, wow gold, number five and number ninety on the back every time they came off the field."
"Mom, how do you know all that? And how can you say I was magnificent?wow gold, I didn't even play in the game." His mother smiled and hugged him. "Ron, I don't know anything about football. wow gold,I didn't come here to watch the game. I came here to watch you!"
9. How do you spend your leisure time? Mention a cross section of interests-active and quiet, social and solitary -- rather just one. 10. Are there any weaknesses in your education or experience? Take stock of your weaknesses before the interview. Practice discussing them in a positive light. You'll find that they are minor when discussed along with all the positive things you have to offer. 11. Where do you want to be five years from now? Saying that you'd like to be president is unrealistic, yet few employers want people who are content to sit still. You might say, "in five years, I'd like to have my boss's job. " If you can't qualify for your boss's job by then, you may not be the fright candidate. 12. What are your salary expectations? If you are asked this at the outset,SRO Gold,SilkRoad Online Gold,eq2 plat,eq2 gold,eq2 Platinum,EverQuest 2 Platinumrolex replica, replica rolex,EverQuest 2 gold,EverQuest 2 plat, lotro gold, lotr gold,Lord of the Rings online Gold, wow cd key,lineage2 cd key, lineage 2 account, lord of the rings online powerleveling, lord of the rings online gold, it's best to say, "Why don't we discuss salary after you decide whether I'm right for the job? "But if the interviewer asks this after showing real interest in you, speak up. She or he will probably try to meet your price. If you need a clue about what to ask for, say, " Can you discuss your salary range with me?" 13. What would you do if....? This question is designed to test your reposes. For example: "What would you do if your computer broke down during an audit?" Your answer there isn't nearly so important as your approach to the problem. And a calm approach is best. Start by saying, "One thing I might do is ..." Then give several alternative choices. 14. What type of position are you interested in? Job titles and responsibilities vary from firm to firm . So state your skills instead, such as "I'm good at figure work," and the positions that req 15. Tell me something about yourself. Say you'll be happy to talk about yourself, and ask what the interviewer wants to know. If this point is clarified, respond. If not, tell why you feel your skills will contribute to the job and the organization. This question gives you a great opportunity to sell yourself. 16. Do you have any questions about the organization or the job? Employers like a candidate who is interested in the organization. so this is a perfect time to convey your interest and enthusiasm. m2w4x4uc

hi everyone!
i know its been awhile. it seems like ages ago that i was on this site. i just can't believe that all of this is still here, and all of the memories that i had here. i know i haven't been on for lonng while, but like, i guess i had my "real life" to attend to. yes, i know that i was almost like what, a year, since i've been on? ehh..... my real life got complicated after awhile, and i needed to stop creating a life that didn't exist and start concentrating on what really mattered at the time: family, friends, and of course, volleyball. XD
i can honestly say that i've missed RPG'ing, and just wanted to say a friendly hello. but i dunno if i would have the time to come back.
just one final thing: is this site inactive? im just wondering.

Stale Souls http://stalewolfrpg.hosted-forum.com/Many years ago, when the wolves roamed the lands freely, the European colonies cleared the land for their cattle and grain, first the buffalo, then the wolves. The wolves had been poisoned, shot, and trapped, exterminated by any means necessary. By the early 1930's wolves had been exterminated from most of the united states. As in Europe, the wolf became a fugitive now only survives in places well away from persecution. In places such as this, here a remote island off the west coast of Canada, various wild regions of the Yukon, and Alaska as well. Each a wilderness largely untouched by man. Many humans have released species not native to the lands, mixed breeds, and captured pure breeds. Giving the lands a wide variety of the species. Slowly, wolves are growing in population in this region, and adapting well. This west, and northwest part of Canada, enters into the region of Alaska as well as the Yukon territories, and a good couple miles surrounding these areas. Native Americans called the area, Stale Souls, it was said that here is where the old souls of wolves that never could rest in their rightful territories due to the growing population of man. Here is where the souls of the dead remain, unable to return to their homelands, unable to rest in peace. Most think of this as a myth, an old folk tale. Others believe it whole heartedly. As with every story, there are events, and happenings. As for the wolves themselves, this is a new life, a new start.http://stalewolfrpg.hosted-forum.com/
